What can I personalize with P-ink digital printing?

Through Pelliconi's P-ink online service you can customize crown caps and labels for 33 cl, 50 cl and 75 cl glass bottles.

Specifically, the cap formats that can be customized on P-ink are:

• 26 mm crown cap - Most popular format and typically paired with 33 cl bottles
• 29 mm crown cap - Larger, usually used on 50 cl and 75 cl bottles

Regarding customization of glass bottle labels, you can choose from:

• Wrapper for 33 cl bottle
• Wrapper for 50 or 75 cl bottle
• Front or front and back for 33 cl bottle (rectangular or oval)
• Front or front and back for 50 or 75 cl bottle (rectangular or oval)

Crown caps and labels can be customized, through the P-ink service configurator or through the Graphic Support Team, with your brand logo but also with any other type of graphic.

Inside the configurator there are also already many graphic proposals for a wide variety of uses. You will thus be able to fully express your brand values and take advantage of events and holidays to promote your beer, wine or beverage.

Remember: the rights to use the images you upload you choose to personalize the caps are your direct responsibility, do not use images of other brands or that are copyrighted, but use your imagination.

What is the minimum quantity to place an order?

With the P-ink customization service, it is possible to place orders from very small quantities to very large or customized batches. Specifically:

• 26 mm caps - Within the site you can select a minimum of 100 caps up to 50,000 pieces. However you can contact us for special requests and order up to over 100,000 pieces.
• 29 mm caps - Within the site you can select a minimum of 50 caps up to 35,000 pieces. Again you can contact us for special requests and order up to over 70,000 pieces.

You can match the labels to these for a total look of your bottle:

• Labels for 33 cl bottles (both wrap-around and double-sided) - From a minimum of 100 pieces to a maximum of 100,000.

Can I place one order with different graphics for crown caps?

A great advantage of the P-ink service is that it gives the possibility to order caps with different graphics without overdoing the cost, being precisely the flexibility enabled by this new technology. To have different graphics, multiple configurations can be placed in the cart, or by contacting the team via Special Requests or the contact page.

In this way, an advantageous and customized quotation can be obtained through two services offered ad hoc for multiple configurations and to optimize the production process: MultiBase and MultiArt.

1. Multi Base - With this option, it is possible to order caps with a different base color, chosen from the 8 available colors, on which to place your favorite logo or graphic.
   Todo so, simply fill out the form on the "Special Requests" page, choose the number and base color of the caps and send the graphic to get a quote for customized caps of multiple colors, ideal for differentiating each product and giving it its own identity.
   Want different base colors than those available? Use the MultiArt option, use a "neutral" base cap and apply a background color that matches the pantone colors you want, the result will still be gorgeous.
   
   
2. MultiArt - With this option, different graphics can be made on caps with the same chosen base color.
   By choosing a single base color and providing multiple graphics to apply to it, the production process will be more scalable, allowing you to get multiple graphics in the same order at a reduced price.

You will receive the crown caps divided by color (or if you prefer mixed), packaged in protective bags and then in FSC-certified corrugated cardboard boxes, about 50 percent of which are of recycled origin.

How much does it cost to order on the P-ink shop?

Ordering on the P-ink shop is very convenient because digital printing has no start-up and implantation costs, and large-industry production speeds. So even in small orders, as well as on medium and large quantities, the final price always remains affordable and independent of the number of colors used. Costs vary depending on the quantity chosen, because the process of preparing the artwork and handling the order (from initial support to shipping) is the same for all.

How are my caps shipped?

Your caps are placed in a protective bag and shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes, nearly 50 percent of which are of recycled origin. In addition, all boxes are FSC® certified, a forest management certificate that guarantees an origin of wood-derived materials from well-managed forests, controlled sources or recycled materials.

As soon as we ship your order, we will email you the link and tracking code to follow the shipment. If you have problems tracking your order, even if it already left, you can write to us via the contact form for support.

What are the shipping times?

From the time your caps are ready (about 3 weeks for production) we ship them using trusted couriers worldwide.

Shipping times vary depending on the user's choice of Express or Basic. For Italy they start from as little as 1/2 business day, from 2 business days in Europe, 5 business days in North America, Latin America and Asia, and from 8 business days for Africa and Oceania.
