Purchasing & Customer Service

What can I purchase on the Pelliconi eshop?

P-ink, Pelliconi's e-commerce, was created to offer the ability to customize crown caps. Bottle labels are also available to offer you a complete and efficient service for packaging your beer or beverage. But we're not stopping here...in the future you may find other products that we think you might find useful. Stay tuned! Have something in mind that you would like to find on p-ink.shop? Is there a minimum quantity or amount required to place an order?

Yes, the minimum quantity is the one that can be selected in the product sheet and varies depending on the format chosen. However, if you would like smaller or different quantities, please do not hesitate to contact us via the form in the contact section on the website. We are always ready to listen to your needs, and come to you whenever we can.

I can't configure the product or need more information, how can I get assistance?

If you are having trouble creating your configuration, first we suggest you click save so you don't lose what you have done so far. Next, try reloading the page: sometimes it could be a connection problem since the systems live on the cloud. If you really can't solve it, or you want expert support contact us using the form in the contact section of the site.

Can I seek advice or support to create my own graphics?

Of course! Within the P-ink team we have graphic designers who can help you. Write to us using the form in the contact section on the site and we will be ready to listen and support you

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation message will appear. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation email, and in your p-ink.shop profile you will be able to see the orders you have placed.

I have completed an order, but I would need to cancel it. Is this possible?

As long as the order is not in preparation, it will be cancelled by contacting us using the form in the contact section on the website. Once the order enters the preparation stage, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Can I edit the contents of my order once I have placed it?

If your order is not yet in preparation, we suggest that you cancel your order by contacting us using the form in the contact section on the site and then re-enter it, it will allow you to correct what you need. If your order is in preparation, it means that production is already scheduled or in progress, and you will no longer be able to make changes.

Can I change the delivery address once I have placed my order?

Once you have completed your order, you can change your address by contacting us promptly using the form in the contact section of the website.

Can I make the return?

Since these are custom products, created on a personal graphic, returns are not possible. If there are problems with the products received, a claim can be made using the form in the contact section of the site. An evaluation will be made which may lead to the goods being taken back to assess whether it actually has production damage. If it does, we will re-produce your custom products. All instructions are available in the conditions of use.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is processed through the provider Nexi, Paypal or by bank transfer. International circuits accepted are: Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners. Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders with payment by bank transfer will be handled only after payment is received. Our bank references:

I can't make the payment with my card, what can I do?

Contact us through the form in the contact section, we will be happy to give you the support you need to complete your order.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

Sure, all you need to do is select the type of tax document during checkout and enter all the necessary billing information in the appropriate fields. With the submission of the order automatically the electronic invoice will be generated. Should you need to receive the courtesy copy of your invoice or in case of any doubts, you can contact us through the form in the contact section on the site.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Production is in italy and we ship worldwide (unless specific shipping restrictions are not due to us). Please note that any customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Are there different options for shipping?

Yes, for almost all countries and box weights, we offer you a choice between Basic and Express shipping. Delivery times also vary depending on the size/weight of the package (over 68 kg we may have to put your boxes on a pallet).

Italy: 1/2 working days; Sicily/Calabria/Sardinia: 2/3 working days

Europe + UK: Express 2 working days , Basic within 6 working days

United States and Canada: Express (under 68 kg) 5 working days , Express (over 68 kg) 6 working days, Basic (under 68 kg only) 10 working days

Latin America: Express (under 68 kg) 5 working days , Express (over 68 kg) 7 working days, Basic (under 68 kg only) 8 working days

How much is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination country and the weight of the box. As you may know, metal and paper are very heavy, therefore a due to the high weight of the product, we preferred to show you the price transparently, and let you choose the type of shipping preferred according to your needs. We have, however, made every effort to offer the best proposal among the options on the market. Please note that any customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track the shipping status of my order?

Of course, once the the shipment, with the tracking code you receive via email you will be able to check at what point in the journey is your package.

I'm having trouble tracking my shipment, how can I do it?

The first thing you can do is check to see if your order has already left-you should have received an email alerting you to the departure. If your product has indeed left, use the tracking link you received in the email. Still having problems? Contact us using the form in the contact section. 

Production and packaging

Where does the production of my customized products take place and how does it work? 

Production is in Italy, and we manufacture to order. Once we receive your order, we take action to plan the custom decoration of your caps and labels. Production time is approximately 2 weeks (3 weeks in the case of the 29mm cap) from receipt of your order.

If I order multiple products, how will they get to me?

Once produced, your caps or labels will be placed in the protective bag and/or box that contains them. In case of multiple orders, we will prepare multiple bags or boxes depending on the individual case.

How are caps and labels shipped?

Your caps are placed in a protective bag and shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes, nearly 50 percent of which are of recycled origin. In addition, all boxes are FSC® certified, a forest stewardship certificate that guarantees an origin of wood-derived materials from well-managed forests, controlled sources or recycled materials.

What are the production and delivery times for orders?

Once we receive your order, we will take action to schedule the customization of your caps and labels within 2 weeks (3 weeks in the case of the 29mm cap). Once we have produced all the items you ordered, our trusted freight forwarder will pick it up and deliver it to your requested address. Delivery time depends on the option you selected (see shipping information section on faq).

Products and customization

What type of printing is used?

Decoration of caps and labels is done with digital printing technology, which is based on the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color decomposition model. For metal caps this is a real innovation, and is made possible thanks to a new technology developed and patented by Pelliconi.

What kind of graphics can I upload to personalize the products?

You can upload any type of graphics: single-color, multicolor logos, color gradients, images or photos. You can use graphics preloaded by us and add and edit text.

Be careful not to use images that are covered by rights, or that may offend or annoy someone; you are responsible for that.

Be sure to upload high quality images and in the formats indicated: preferably vector .ai/.pdf, or "raster" image jpeg/.png/.tiff. The minimum resolution should be 600 dpi for caps, in the dimensions indicated as "print area," and 300 pdi for labels. Warning: if there are details smaller than 0.5 mm, such graphic element may be difficult to print, or visually unappreciable/unsharp.

If I purchase a certain quantity of caps/labels, can I select more than one graphic?

Absolutely! This is one of the great advantages of digital printing with which we decorate caps and labels. There are various ways to do this:

By creating the graphics one at a time and loading them into the cart. In this case you can choose a different quantity for each graphic and they will come to you in separate bags or boxes because we will produce them one at a time!
Using the Multi-art feature (coming soon!): choose a base cap and upload multiple graphics. You'll get the same amount for each graphic, and you can choose whether to receive them divided or "collated" i.e., all mixed up
Last option the Multi-base (coming soon!): this allows you to apply the same graphic you created on several different base color caps. You will find that the cost and composition possibilities are more limited than the previous option, for reasons due to the production process. You can achieve a very similar result by choosing a single base cap with the Multi-art function and applying a background color with which to color the entire "sky" of the cap, and adding your own graphics. This way you are not limited in your choice of base color tone, and the flexibility of production with digital printing technology is really optimized.

To personalize can I use any logo or image?

Let your imagination run wild with monochrome or colored logos, color gradients, images or photos. One recommendation: be sure not to use logos or images that are covered by rights or that might offend or annoy someone; you are responsible for that. Another caution is on the size of details: if there are very small details (under 0.5 mm) they may not be visible or sharp in the print.
