Guide to customization
Quantities
You can order the quantities you want, so you can have everything you need to customize your beer or beverage easily and instantly.
Requirements for uploaded graphics
Various sizes and variations available, to shape your label without limits!
Suitable for all types of cans (25, 33 or 50 cl etc.), you can choose the wrap-around, double-sided, circular, oval and customized format with the size you want.
In case you use an automatic application, you can also choose the unwinding direction and the inner and outer diameter of the reel.
Requirements for uploaded graphics
Always use high quality files to get the best out of the print and avoid pleasant surprises of grainy image. If possible, vector files are best for the purpose.
The optimal (minimum) resolution of image files is 300 dpi. In case of text embedded in the uploaded graphics, the pdf should include fonts (preferably) or convert them to paths. This way we are sure that your label will come exactly as you want it.
The minimum font size (below which we do not guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt. In the case of "negative" text on backgrounds composed of more than one color, the minimum font size is 7 pt. The minimum printable stroke size is 0.25 pt.
Note:
Regulations specify minimum font sizes with regard to food labeling; it is up to you to ensure adherence to these regulations.
The file should be made from the templates made available in Adobe Illustrator format without changing the size of the page and including a minimum of 1.5 mm of bleed per side.
Graphics within the format must stay within the cut path by at least 1.5 mm. Templates contain, on a locked layer, the cutting path not to be modified.
Technical information
If you want to stand out and make your bottle even more unique, we provide a wide range of finishes and ennoblements: special laminations, gloss or matte UV finish, hot stamping, 3D foil, silkscreen embossing and mechanical or laser die-cutting.
You can choose 6 types of materials for bottle labels because they are reputed to be more suitable for the device in terms of functionality and strength.
You will be able to specify the maximum roll size (maximum diameter) in mm for automatic application. The inside diameter of the roll core is 76 or 45 mm.
